Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your JOAH BROWN pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure the package is scanned to initiate the tracking process for your refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
